Hi, I’m Kate O’Connell—and I work with heart-led innovators who know they’re here to shake up outdated systems and lead from a place of empathy, equity, and emotional intelligence. My clients aren’t chasing titles or trends—they’re here to create meaningful change.

Before I became a coach, I spent decades in education, leadership, and innovation, where I saw firsthand how even the most brilliant, caring changemakers often burn out or lose clarity in systems that weren’t built for their boldness or heart. 

I’ve walked that path too—questioning whether my voice mattered, whether I could really lead from my truth, and how to overcome the mental noise that kept me stuck. Coaching gave me a way through—and now, it’s my mission to offer that path to others.

I coach because I believe deeply in the power of awakened leadership. I know what it feels like to carry a big vision but be weighed down by doubt, burnout, and invisible mindset blocks. I’ve been there—and I’ve also experienced the freedom of coming through to the other side, with clarity, confidence, and renewed purpose. That’s what I help others claim for themselves.

I bring 30+ years of experience in education, leadership, and transformational development to this work. I’m a certified NLP practitioner and Neuro-Shine Technology™ coach, and I’ve led teams, coached international leaders, and designed training programs across diverse cultures. My background also includes human-centered systems design, emotional intelligence, and mindset coaching—so I understand not just how people work, but how change sticks.

I have always been an empathetic listener. Now, as a trained International Coaching Federation (ICF) ACC coach and Neuro-linquistic Programming CoachClients often tell me they’ve never felt so seen, safe, and supported in coaching before.
